Gravity Engineering have finished their newskatepark in Cleethorpes near Grimsby.

Coming in at £100,000 the park in Trinity Park is well worth checking out.

Whitby skatepark located near the paddling pool on West Cliff in North Yorkshire has opened.

The skatepark was built by Freestyle Skateparks working under Scarborough Council.

YOUNGSTERS' dreams of a skatepark in Whitby will soon be a reality.

The construction of the long-awaited £150,000 skateboard park on the West Cliff is now going ahead and it is expected to be completed by the beginning of May.

Bridlington ‘Gasworx’ Skatepark is go. PDF Print E-mail

Just to let you know Gravity Engineering’s latest project - the Bridlington ‘Gasworx’ Skatepark opening went without a hitch.

 

In Attendance where the UK Vans team, the UK Duffs team and many other well known faces in the British skateboard scene.

 

Approximately 900 to 1200 members of public and budding youngsters came to the Gasworx opening and witnessed some of the finest skateboarding that the British Isles can offer.


The skatepark was provided by Bridlington Town Council.

 

The opening day was organized by Nick Johnson who is the Gasworx skatepark manager, and has been a driving force behind the conception of the skatepark from the beginning.

Skateboard demonstrations went on through the day, local press took interviews with top professionals and the leading skateboarding publication Sidewalk Magazine shot photographs and filmed the guys using the state of the art bowl and street course.
