The date for the opening event for the Stokeplaza skatepark will be on Sunday 30th October 2005.
Sponsored by Eastpak, the event will consist of a skatejam with bands and DJ's performing through the day.
Confirmed teams so far are Eastpak, Greed Clothing, East Skateboards, Unabomber Skateboards and A Third Foot with many more to follow!

After months of private viewing of the Stoke Plaza plans, we finally have the finished versions, with all of the tweaks made to ensure that every part of the park is used.
As you know, the skateable access paths to the park are already built, and the ground work for the main plaza is well underway. The entire project should be finished by late summer.
