As mentioned previously on this website, there is a petition underway to get a new skatepark built in Hastings.

The following news, however, is a completely separate issue. The local skate and BMX shop “Source” now has a small indoor park, thanks to the youth capital fund and some hard graph by all concerned. 

The park features a wooden bowl, bowled out quarter pipes, quarter pipes which aren’t bowled out and a vert wall as well to finish it off. The park is split between, youth service sessions, shop sessions and private hire.

It costs £40 for a 2 hour session. So if there are 8 mates works out as £2.50 an hour each.
