New flyers for the changed Skate Through London project here.
We've had to change plans regarding the August 28th event due to the goings on in London. We are going to revert to Plan B:
August 28th - 'Campaign for Concrete Skateparks' Day Everyone to visit their local 'skatepark' (if that isn't too liberal use of the word...I've seen what some of you are putting up with) armed with petition forms. Collect some signatures!
If you can collect footage and pictures, too then Extreme TV will use this (hopefully the magazines, too) to put together a website and press pack showing just how bad the park situation is over here. Obviously it's a great chance to collect signatures as the petition is still a major part of the campaign. We can then present this once things in London have settled. Keep an eye on the site for updates. Make sure you have signed the online petition, too. Gotta get thiose numbers up! |
